E-Ship 1 is a Roll-on/Lift-off cargo ship, which is owned by Germany's third-largest wind turbine manufacturer Enercon GmbH. Built by Lindenau in Kiel and Cassens Werft in Emden, Möhring Marine Service GmbH was responsible for the air conditioning, technical rooms, provision cooling and engine room ventilation onboard this vessel.
